Congerville-Brett S. Roth, 23, of Champaign, IL formerly of Congerville, IL passed away at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 in Champaign.
He was born on August 7, 1992 in Peoria, IL a son of Alan and Joanne (Hinrichsen) Roth. They survive in Congerville along with two brothers, David (Kasey) Roth of Congerville; Jonathon (Kandace) Roth of Congerville; one sister, Lisa Roth of Dekalb, IL; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Hans and Arlene Hinrichsen and paternal grandparents, Keith and Pauline Roth.
Brett worked as a nurse at the Carle Hospital in Champaign, IL. He belonged to the Critical Care Nurses Association and achieved Eagle Scout rank with Eureka Troop #57 in 2010.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 27, 2015 from 1-5 pm at the Goodfield Apostolic Christian Fellowship Hall. Private family funeral services will be held at the Goodfield Apostolic Christian Church with church ministers officiating. Burial will be in the Goodfield-Congerville Apostolic Cemetery. Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Eureka is assisting the family with arrangements.
Brett left his family this message: "I have Jesus in my heart, and I left this world repented and saved by Christ." Romans 10:13
We can only pray for grace to accept his decision and know that one day we'll be together again in heaven.
