She was born on June 25, 1959 in Peoria, IL a daughter of Ralph and Lula Eggli Fehr.

January 4, 2021 6:22 PMMy condolences to the family, co-workers and friends of Debra Lockhart. I have to say that Deb was a favorite CNA of my mother, Mary, while she was at the Home in Eureka. Deb was such a special person. She was an excellent and hard-working but firm CNA. She and my mom liked to tease each other, trying to outdo the other. She will be missed. Mary missed Deb very much! December 31, 2020 5:11 PMA tremendous loss for our small community as we learn of Debs' death. Deb was that special gift from God and she used her talents as a Blessing to many people. She asked very little in return with her genuine love and kindness. May God Bless each of her family.
