Dorothy A. Curtis

Dorothy Ann Curtis, age 94, passed away at 4:55 p.m. on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at The Loft Rehabilitation and Nursing Home in Eureka, IL.

Dorothy was born on November 29, 1928 in Secor, IL, the only daughter of Richard and Velma (Diener) Colburn. She married Marion "Gene" Nooner on June 5, 1946. He passed away in June of 1974. She later married Robert Curtis in 1982, who also preceded her in death.

Surviving are her daughters, Susan Robenstein of Helena, Montana, Kandy (Philip) Glenn of Summerville, South Carolina and Patty Jeffcoat of Eureka, Illinois; Step-daughter, Janet (Ron) Wright and Step-son, Robert (Linda) Curtis, Jr; her sibling, Robert (Pam) Colburn; 7 grandchildren, 10 step-grandchildren; several great and step-great grandchildren; along with great, great grandchildren and step great, great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Donald Colburn and John "Tuffy" Colburn and Step-daughter Barbara Miller.

Memorials may be made to Eureka United Methodist Church, where she was a member.

Cremation rites have been accorded and no services will be held at this time.
