Lorine Stoller

Eureka- Lorine (Schumacher) Stoller, 95, of Eureka passed away at 8:40 am on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Advocate Eureka Hospital.

She was born on July 15, 1920 in Metamora, IL a daughter of John and Kathryn Swing Schumacher. She married George Stoller of Gridley, IL on June 17, 1984 in Eureka, IL. He passed away on January 13, 1989.

Surviving are one step son, Donald (Iantha) Stoller of Gridley, IL; two step-daughters, Nancy (Merle) Sauder of Tremont, IL; Elaine (Jack) Schmidgall of Morton, IL; two brothers, Lloyd Schumacher of Eureka, IL; Dale Schumacher of Metamora, IL; three sisters, Evelyn Frantz of Metamora; Shirley Leuthold of Peoria; Phyllis Kaufman of Cissna Park, IL; nine step grandchildren, fifteen step great grandchildren, and eight step great great grandchildren; and twenty nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Stanley, Russell, John "Bill" Schumacher, one sister Virginia, and four nieces and nephews.

Lorine was a graduate of Metamora High School and Bradley University. Following graduation she worked all her life as an accountant and business manager for Lloyd Schumacher Chevrolet Buick and for over 60 years for Gerald Harper and Merle Sauder.

She volunteered for the Eureka Hospital Service Auxiliary.

She was a member of the Eureka Apostolic Christian Church where funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 5, 2015. Church ministers will officiate. Visitation will be held on Friday evening from 5-7 pm at the Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Eureka and from 9-9:45 am at the church before the service on Saturday. Burial will be in the Roanoke Apostolic Christian Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Apostolic Christian Home of Eureka or Eureka Hospital Auxiliary. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.argoruestmanharris.com.
