N. Roliene Sales

N. Roliene Sales, 95, of Eureka formerly of East Peoria and Adair, IL passed away at 8:35 p.m. on Sunday, May 30, 2021 at her residence.

She was born on September 17, 1925 in Industry, IL a daughter of Samuel and Opal Aten Hayes. She married Harold M. Sales on February 16, 1944 in Peoria, IL. He passed away on April 10, 2013.

Survivors include three daughters, Elaine (Claude) Mott of Norman, OK; Joyce Delaney of East Peoria; Carol (Michael) Martin of Fox Lake, IL; three sons, Norman (Marianne) Sales of East Peoria; Edwin (Janice) Sales of Marquette Heights; Jerry (Annie) Sales of Eureka; and son-in-law Dean Bidle of Tennessee.  She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Joetta Bidle; and infant sister.

Roliene was a member of Peoria First Church of the Brethren for over 70 years and served in many capacities.

Roliene enjoyed tending to her flower garden, sewing, and canning in her younger years.  Roliene and Harold spent many years volunteering in various church ministries and missions in both Illinois and Alabama, where they wintered during their retirement years.

There will be no visitation or funeral services at this time.
